Summary:                    Recordings out of sync when using chanspy
Description: 
Inbound and outbound tracks will get out of sync by several seconds when a
call is monitored using chanspy.

There have been several fixes for mixmonitor-related sync issues over the
past few months, but given the number of issues reported regarding it all,
it's been difficult to figure out exactly which issues are still occurring
and which aren't.

The two issues which are marked related to this have been closed. I would
appreciate it if someone could test 1.4.23 to see if recordings continue to
be out of sync when using chanspy.
