q->timeout is initialised to -1 rather than TIMEOUT_DEFAULT.

You are correct about this problem, and I will have it fixed shortly.

This problem exists in Asterisk 1.4 and 1.6.0 as well, but since they have
been released and people may be depending on the "incorrect" behavior of
the queue application, I am not going to change this there. I will only be
applying this change to trunk and the 1.6.1 branch.
