Summary:                    How do i setup Polycom ip550 on Asterisk 0.9.6-1.2-1
Description: 
Hi, we bought Polycom IP 550. I am using Asterisk 0.9.6-1.2-1. The phone
does not pick up the settings automaticly. As I am reletively new to
Asterisk, I don't know which settings need to be added manually. Please
advise

It appears that you are using a severely old version of Asterisk (0.9 or
even 1.2), I would recommend using a newer version such as the latest
stable release of 1.4.

Also, it doesn't appear that you are actually experiencing a bug, but
rather just seeking guidance. If that is the case, then feel free to join
our IRC channel (#asterisk) on freenode, or ask on our mailing list
(asterisk-users). We try to keep our bug tracker strongly limited to
tracking issues in Asterisk and use other tools, such as IRC and mailing
lists, for other things like community help, feature requests, etc.
