Failed to initailize DAA, giving up...
wcfxo: probe of xxxx:xx:xx.x failed with error -5

The X100p and clones will sometimes work and sometimes not depending on
weather the DAA powers up in running state- this seems to be related to the
power supply. This problem is caused by the driver not reseting the DAA and
may be the source of a great many intermittent problems with this card.

jtodd: until the 'License OK' pops up, the status will remain at 'Needs
License' since there will be nothing anyone can do to move the issue
forward until that happens.

I try and check every day or two for issues in 'Needs License' in order to
move them back to a knowledgeable state. In this case, we're not in a state
of 'Confirmed' as there is a patch for this issue, and the license has been
approved.
