Summary:                    [patch] changing the annoying "no one is answering
queue" message level
Description: 
Someone complained about it on IRC today and another user on #asterisk-br
asked how to avoid it, so even though they didn't care to file a bug with a
simple patch like this... this is it. I think it's almost a leftover from
Middle Ages and not really useful for printing anyway, but it's now a debug
message instead of a notice (which people usually have set in logger.conf)
and should do no harm.

Clarify a message that app_queue prints and change to a debug-level
message

The "No one is answering..." verbose message contained 3 numbers that were
not
explained in any way to whoever was viewing the message. It is more
helpful now
since the message explains what the numbers mean. Also, the message has
been
downgraded to "DEBUG" level.
