Summary:                    ViewVC no longer permits File Download
Description: 
Since Friday it appears that ViewVC has been upgraded. However since the
upgrade it has ceased to be possible to download a source file. For example
there is now an error message when using the following address:

http://svn.digium.com/view/asterisk/trunk/channels/chan_sip.c?content-type=text%2Fplain&view=co

The error message is:

An Exception Has Occurred

Checkout view is disabled
HTTP Response Status

403 Forbidden

ViewVC Help states:

# File Download (Checkout View) - Retrieves the unaltered contents of a
file revision. Browsers may try to display the file, or just save it to
disk. This view is disabled in the default ViewVC configuration.

Perhaps the ViewVC configuration from the previous version has not been
applied to the upgraded ViewVC
