Summary:                    After trying to submit a bug, the "Back" button
returns an empty form
Description: 
When I submit a bug with missing mandatory values (it happens!), I get an
error message. That's not the problem. The problem is that the "Back"
button returns an empty form instead of whatever I entered. This is bad,
for obvious reasons.

The culprit appears to be this header:

Cache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0,
pre-check=0

This seems to have been resolved with the latest Mantis upgrade. However,
if the problem is still present (would like to know more information,
especially your browser) then it is an issue that we should really try to
get resolved upstream.
