Summary: Queued call fails to call a loged in Agent
Description:
This random issue where an agent can log in and take one call. After the
call is disconnected the agent cannot take the next call. Logging the agent
out and then logging it back in will resolve issue most of the time. I have
some agents that are testing leaving the channel open upon login until
asterisk hangs up the line and others that hang up after the agent logged
on sound is played.

Your issue is in the realm of core Asterisk and not the GUI. lmadsen
