Summary:                    [patch] Asterisk crashes while reading digits in AGI
Description: 
I have an asterisk-java based AGI.

When I play a prompt and press some interrupt digits, the streamed file
goes haywire and i start to hear screeches.

This is followed by a complete crash of asterisk.

Reported via #asterisk-dev that this is not crashing with the latest 1.6.1
from SVN.
