Summary: adding first sip extension doesn't start sip
services
Description:
After a fresh install, and adding the first SIP extension, none of the sip
commands in asterisk -r show up on help or work. The device does not
register or get dial tone. After hours of trying different things, it
seems that a reboot caused the problem to go away.

This has already been fixed in the packages and will be present in the next
ISO builds.
The problem was that the configs were not being generated at install, so
chan_sip.so failed to load.
