Summary: [patch] Support for generic HFC-4S cards
Description:
A patch to add some basic support of other HFC-4S -based PCI cards (such as
the ones made by Junghanns).

Status: gets rid of the echo canceller messages when not needed, but still
needs work.

Specifically:
* It adds too broad a range of cards (which also include bero.net cards)
* The range may include some 2-ports cards, which will probably not work.

Not yet tested to work, though it it is at least configured.

I think it should be all Junghanns and OpenVox cards, because they are all
supported by the bristuff driver called "qozap". The only difference is in
the way the LEDs are set, and that varies from board to board - even from
the same manufacturer. I can probably crib the code from qozap to put in
here, although it would clearly be better if someone from Junghanns did
it.

I think this is important as us Europeans can finally ditch bristuff and
all the bugs it brought with it.

I will try a Junghanns card next but it's in an active server rather than
my test one I'm using. It may have to wait for a weekend.

Any ideas why reconfiguring the driver makes these errors go away?
