Summary:                    Warning message modifications for "do not hand edit"
blocks
Description: 
A note was posted to -users about a possible wording improvement in the
messages inserted at the top of configuration files which are generated by
the Perl auto-configure scripts.  The current message simply says "do not
hand edit" when in fact this is probably an overly aggressive warning -
most people edit these files by hand.  They simply need to know that if the
edit those files and then run auto-configure again, their changes will be
erased.
