Summary:                    [patch] Transcoding breaks jitterbuffering
Description: 
Asterisk doesn't copy or regenerate ts, len or seqno when transcoding from
the original frame to the transcoded frame. The jitterbuffer then sees a
frame with bad timing info and fails to dejitter the frame.

Since mnicholson has been doing some jitterbuffer stuff recently, I'm going
to assign this issue to him, if only to take a gander at what has been
done, and to have another set of eyes look it over.

Feel free to reassign if you determine you can't do anything else other
than that :)
