Inbound and outbound tracks will get out of sync by several seconds when a
call is monitored using chanspy.

I see the same problem in Asterisk 1.4.21.1, i test the patch publish in
bug 12837. In the initial tests work fine. We try to make extensive tests
tomorrow.
