Summary: User's timezone cannot be set in GUI which is
important for voicemail timestamps.
Description:
With mere text file configuration, a user's timezone is set in
voicemail.conf with the 'tz=eastern' option. This causes voicemail
timestamps to correctly reflect the user's timezone.

This option doesn't appear to exist in the GUI.

More information:

The GUI adds and edits users by manipulating the users.conf file. It does
not touch the voicemail.conf file when adding/changing users.

I see that 'tz=pacific' added manually to the user's contexts in the
users.conf file does cause the user's voicemails to be timestamped
correctly.

Therefore, addition of this feature should require adding the
functionality in the GUI system only. It should have a new field for
timezone, and should update the ('tz=...') field when manipulating
users.conf.
