when a agent is online and a customer is connected with the agent, the
system crash
My linux distribution is Centos 5.2 i386
Asterisk 1.6.0.5

This actually looks fine... can you run things under valgrind following the
instructions in doc/valgrind.txt plus attach the complete console output?
