Summary:                    Time Interval not being set correctly in global
variables
Description: 
Using asterisk-gui2 Time Intervals page to set a time interval of 8:30 AM
to 4:30 PM.  When it is set in the extensions.conf file's [global] section,
the 4:30 PM is set to 28:30. 

Using SVN version 4510 of asterisk-gui2 and SVN version 174596 of
asterisk.
