Summary: Unknown IE when CallerID prohibited
Description:
It would appear that we get an Unknown IE of 240 sometimes (BRI, PtP,
EuroISDN) and I think it is when the caller has hidden their callerid. See
pri intense debug below.

Discovered now that the length is wrong. That unknown IE is just garbage.
In another call I got:
