Summary:                    SIP Call Problem, Hangup Message Too Large
Description: 
Incorrect call termination due to sip message size.

When making a SIP call through a carrier with previous versions of
asterisk calls succeed with no problems at all.

With Asterisk 1.4.23.1 when a call is progressing (Ringing) and the caller
hangs up, the phone continues to ring. The carrier reports that the message
is too large.

This problem only occurs when a call is not answered. Does Asterisk
1.4.23.1 handle this situation differently to other versions?

I've examined the SIP traces provided and believe this was actually an
issue with the branch tag. A fix has already been put in that should fix
it, can you please try the 1.4 branch?
