Summary:                    [patch] adding 2 new events for when a channel spy
is started or stopped
Description: 
I believe the summary is pretty descriptive, also I have added some lines
to the AMI doc regarding the new events. I'm open for better names instead
of SpyeeChannel or SpyerChannel by the way :-)
