Summary:                    I get two MWI subscritions for a peer (phone)
Description: 
When I reset a phone (working), it register and subscribe for MWI again
then I get two different subscriptions for this peer. /* We only allow one
subscription per peer */ isn't true. It could be related to bug 14133.
I don't use realtime config.

I don't use realtime peers but I use voicemail storage with ODBC. I have
some problem with DADHI, for that reason my system run asterisk 1.4.21.1,
but I can patch the MWI subscription bugfix. Which is it ?
