uploaded wctdm24xxp_neon.diff.txt
which includes wctdm24xxp/base.c and wctdm24xxp/wctdm24xxp.h diffs

Unable to test but compiles, hopefully I managed to get all relevant
changes.
This is based on the wctdm.c_neon_support.diff5.txt
