Summary: Calls coming in then out do not get recorded in CDR
Description:
Asterisk 1.4.21.2
2.6.18-53.1.19.el5
We've been noticing a few things with relation to calls and transfers.
To help, we've put x before the internal extensions...
Example:

x205 -> x209 -> Cellphone
We can see the call from 205 -> 209, but not when 209 transfers the call
to the Cell (End result is x205 talking to Cellphone)

x205 -> Cellphone
This works fine, just a regular outbound call

Incoming -> x205 -> x209 -> Cellphone
We can see the call in the CDR log coming in, then being transferred to
x205, then being transferred to x209, but then when x209 transfers it to a
Cellphone, we cant seem to see that.

Incoming -> x205 -> Cellphone
Can see the incoming to x205, but not when x205 transfers it to Cellphone.

Hmmm... how are you transferring to the cellphone? Are you using an
asterisk feature or a SIP phone feature? To repro this, I'll need you
dialplan (at least the parts that control things, and the 209/205 entries
in sip.conf. I have a zoiper, but no spa942.

If you put some option into a sip phone to do the xfer, beware that
unless
the cell phone reports this to asterisk (actually, uses asterisk to do
it),
then asterisk will not be able to record it.
