Summary: DTMF are collected but nothing happen
Description:
When a call come in from the mISDN channel the DTMF digits pushed show into
the log but not produce any match into the context. (the same context with
an incoming SIP call runs fine).
I've been playing around dtmfthreshold from 100 to 200 without any better
result.

I'm using a bit old version of Asterisk 1.4.6 , and misdn Modular ISDN
Stack core version (1_1_1) revision ($Revision: 1.40 $).

The PBX was running fine some days ago,so i think is possible that a
change made from the Telecom Operator can be done too.
