Summary:                    que don't pass call to agents
Description: 
in a call center sometime queue don't pass calls to all agents, and agents
is not paused.
I'm using dynamics agents

queue basic configuration

Agent timeout = 15
retry = 5
ring strategy = leatrecent
wrap-up time = 20

anyody can help me please to resolv this problem. thank
