Summary: Can't record greetings
Description:
Using the 1.6.1-rc1 tarball with IMAP voicemail, I can't record any
voicemail greetings. I've tried both storing greetings as files and
storing them in an IMAP folder - neither works. Voicemail messages are
functioning normally.

If it helps, when I record a voicemail, I can do a "watch -n 0.1 ls" and
see the files get saved to the INBOX, and then moved out to the IMAP
folder. When I do a "watch -n 0.1 ls" in the main mailbox folder and try
to record a greeting, no files are saved at all.

Maybe this has something to do with r165808?

I'm not sure if this makes any difference, but I'm using the GUI (r4493)
on this machine, and it doesn't seem to play very nicely with IMAP
voicemail.

Also somewhat strange - I can manually create unavail.WAV, put it in a
user's voicemail folder, and it will get played normally by Voicemail().
However, if I manually create greet.WAV, Directory() can't find it.
