Description: 
I upgraded to 1.6.1-rc1 (not listed in asterisk versions in mantis)
yesterday.  So far the system has segfaulted twice in same place today.

  Always detach and destroy the whisper and barge audiohooks. Additionally
also allow an audiohook to be detached if it has not been attached.
