Description: 
mpg123 crashes when trying to play stream. Also seems that format_mp3 loads
but does to work.

Setup test system with 1.6.0.5, MPG123 0.66, CentOS 4.7, FreePBX 2.5.1.
Same as production system except that product is CentOS 5.2.
