Summary:                    IAX2 Can't compress subclass 4294967295
Description: 
In chan_iax, compress_subclass gives the warning " WARNING[5059]:
chan_iax2.c:1520 compress_subclass: Can't compress subclass 4294967295"
when the frame's Control Type = 4 and Subclass = 255.  This is a valid
frame type that should work.
