Summary: pbx_builtin_background function does not handle fax
detection correctly
Description:
I think it is related to issue 0015750.
Fax detection interrupts playback and app_waitstream returns -1.
Last section of pbx_builtin_background to handle single DTMF does not
check for res<0 and sets chan->exten=res.
Ends up with invalid extension -1.
