Description: 
The sip.conf file is referenced in the Shared Line Appearance section
briefly, and a few other incidental references, but given the potential
complexity of SIP peering it merits its own section.

Since the reporter seems to have a pretty good idea how they would like to
handle this, I'm going to close this issue as this is really a feature
request without a patch. If the reporter would like to get the ball rolling
with a submission, I'd be happy to review it. Thanks!
