Summary:                    [patch] Disable automatic subscribe accept
Description: 
When using Asterisk with an existing XMPP account, it's undesirable to have
Asterisk auto-accept everyone. Another configuration parameter is needed to
disable this, e.g. "autoaccept".

Add auth_policy option to jabber.conf for auto user registration.

The option is global and currently the acceptable values as noted in the
sample
config are accept or deny.
