Summary:                    Asterisk wrongfully sends 403 instead of 401
Description: 
Hi,

according to bug https://issues.asterisk.org/view.php?id=6035 this should
already have been fixed.

However, I still get a 403 back when Asterisk is supplied with wrong
credentials.

This causes my SNOM phones to not having hotdesking available.

Not enough information is being provided. As per the bug guidelines, we
need, at minimum, sip debug, sip history, and console output demonstrating
what is happening here.

Please provide the required information so we can analyze this and move it
forward.
