Summary: Asterisk ignore SIP signalling path
Description:
Asterisk sends the BYE,CANCEL after OK 200 from an invite to the
mediagateway not to the SIP Router between Asterisk and Mediagateway.

The signallingpath is asterisk->kamailio->mediagateway

On asterisk 1.4 this behaviour isnt exist. Are there any unreported
settings to accept the signallingpath or it is a bug?
