Summary:                    [patch] ChanSpy and ExtenSpy applications don't
accept a colon-delimited list of groups
Description: 
The documentation on the ChanSpy and ExtenSpy applications seems to suggest
that they accept colon-delimited list of groups as part of the 'g' option.

Either this is a documentation bug, or this functionality needs to be
added.  

To address this, I'll post a documentation patch, and Juggie will post a
functionality patch.  Pick one ;-)
