Summary:                    [patch] Asterisk runs out of sockets
Description: 
The Parallels engineers have found a bug that takes down asterisk because
the server runs out of sockets, and also it degrades the performance
because over time it takes more and more time for the processor to find an
empty socket. The load on the processor grows over time,

I understand, but it's better to leave the dialog open a bit longer, just
to ensure that we aren't prematurely closing it than to be too aggressive
and close it down too early.  If the ports are getting closed within
several minutes, I think we've found a good balance between consumption of
resources and being too aggressive.
