Summary: 4ESS, Unable to transfer calls back down trunk.
Description:
In chan_dahdi.conf if transfer=yes the call is dropped as it's answered at
the call end, if transfer=no then the call is bridged as expected.
Also noticed with pri set debug span 1, that the facility message gets
sent 19 times, with nothing coming back from the switch.
