app_mp3 can only play one local single music and stream from http, this
patch allow it to play local m3u playlist file.

Hi dvossel, I added the argument parser only for learning purpose, I do not
remember exactly why I modifed mpg321 code, maybe it is related to some
problem while playing some live online music list. Please go ahead using
your simple solution, thanks!
