Summary: Interlock in chan_dahdi
Description:
Our Asterisk system stopped being able to process PRI calls (both ways).
The symptom ("core show channels") was : a lot of DAHDI channels were not
hungup (state Ringing for most of them).
After restarting Asterisk (but not Dahdi) the problem occurred again, and
this time I performed a "core show locks". The output of this command is
included hereunder.
