__ast_queue_frame: Exceptionally long voice queue length queuing to Local
Description: 
Since upgrading to 1.4 SVN 206273 I see LOTS these errors when paging or
when calls are processed by app_queue.  When I see the messages during a
page I don't hear any paging (my Polycom phones continue to ring but no
paging audio).

I have no idea where the message is coming from how to reproduce, or
collect debug information for this specific issue.  I need help to find
root cause.
I think it could be caused by locking in autoservice since I see this lock
every time I see the warning message

Leif: No audio on any call can be heard during warning periods. And many
times the warnings last for over 30 seconds. This is unacceptable in a call
center.  I assume it is caused by some locking introduced in r200991. I
can't reproduce it like I used to with a show database command since
optimizing MySQL tables but the problem is still there. It generates about
12 MB of text in /var/log/asterisk/messages daily and drives up CPU usage.

It only appears to happen in app_queue and it only happens after a hangup
involving music on hold. I have tried native asterisk moh format and mp3
with no difference in frequency of warning.
I thought the last batch of debug uploads would make the root cause of the
problem obvious to a developer.
Sorry the bug report is such a mess but my testing exposed so many other
crashes and bugs it was hard to remain focused on the original problem. I
could not no if any of those other problems were related to the original
issue posted.
