Summary:                    OPTIONS sent to 5060 regardless of port specified
Description: 
If qualify=yes, port=5065 and host defined as hostname of proxy, the
OPTIONS packets are sent to 5060. If I use the IP instead of hostname,
OPTIONS are correctly sent to 5065.
