Summary: [RFC 3389] Voice Activity Detection (VAD) and
comfort noise support
Description:
Unfortunately nowadays lots of users and even voip providers use VAD, it's
time for asterisk to support it. I think lot of users want a proper VAD
support, maybe opening a cofundos.org feature bid will help implementing
it?
