Summary: segfault of asterisk 1.2.32 with libpri.1.2.8 in
q931_getcall
Description:
we have around 1 segfault per day on our mediagateway using asterisk
1.2.32, libpri 1.2.8 and zaptel 1.2.27 and a sangoma A108E card with 8 E1
lines connected.
we can see in the core dump that this error appears in q931.c at line 2274
when trying to malloc a new pri call.
we had tried to upgrade to 1.4.24.1 with dahdi 2.1.0.4 and libpri.1.4.10
but at other problems their so we had to go back to 1.2.32.
i´ve seen that in libpri-1.4.10 the function q931_getcall checks for the
master first, which doesnt happen in version 1.2.8.
as i´ve seen this mostly happens when getting a pri cause 16 back from
our carrier.
the system is running on Debian Lenny 64 bit with 2 xeon quad core cpus
and 6 Gb ram.
The sangoma driver is 3.3.15 if this could be importent.
