Summary:                    Whisper feature does not work.
Description: 
The whisper feature does not work in ChanSpy (or ExtenSpy) for that matter.
Here is how to reproduce:

Marking this as a blocker for 1.6.0.14 as it has been reported in IRC that
ChanSpy is no longer working.
