Summary:                    o option not working
Description: 
I am trying to use the o option on chanspy to only hear the audio from the
spyed channel however I can hear all audio from both sides.  In reviewing
the source code I notice that the READONLY flag is set but never used.  Did
chanspy lose it's ability to hear only 1 side of the call?

I'm assigning this to dbrooks for now to see if he can resolve it since
dvossel has pointed out where the issue lies. If you are not able to
