Summary:                    Whisper feature does not work.
Description: 
The whisper feature does not work in ChanSpy (or ExtenSpy) for that matter.
Here is how to reproduce:

Tried 1.6.0.14-rc1; whisper function doesn't even work at all. I will try
the latest 1.6.0 code from svn.
