Summary:                    o option not working
Description: 
I am trying to use the o option on chanspy to only hear the audio from the
spyed channel however I can hear all audio from both sides.  In reviewing
the source code I notice that the READONLY flag is set but never used.  Did
chanspy lose it's ability to hear only 1 side of the call?

Somehow this options logic got removed when the audio hooks patch was
merged into chanspy.  This happened in r78649 in 1.6.0.
