Summary:                    Whisper feature does not work.
Description: 
The whisper feature does not work in ChanSpy (or ExtenSpy) for that matter.
Here is how to reproduce:

I believe this has been fixed.  Try using the latest 1.6.0 code from svn.
or the 1.6.0.14-rc1 tag and verify you still have a problem.
