Summary:                    [design] Internationalization of app_voicemail
Description: 
The voicemail application needs better handling of languages, so that the
syntax of the messages can change depending on language setting in call or
in channel peer/user.

This bug report is opened to get input on what is needed to change, to
discuss a short term fix and a long term fix and to collect the patches
that has been contributed in other reports and unify them into one patch
