Summary: Asterisk 1.6.1.1 fails to cross-compile (ppc-target)
Description:
Compilation always stops with an error in main/version.c
It seems that the compiler cannot find include/asterisk.h so there is
probably a path problem.
If I try to fix this manually by editing the include path this causes
further includes from asterisk.h itself to be not found.
Maybe you have an idea, what to do here. It's probably just a small thing
to fix.

This is pretty low on the priority list. When it works its way up to being
higher priority it will get more attention I'm sure.
